Chocolate Spaghetti with Cream and Honey Sauce
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
If the honey is crystallized, melt it in a water bath.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, pour it into the flour, add 60 grams of honey, water, a pinch of salt, and knead the dough for the noodles.
Step 3
Place the dough in a plastic bag for 30 minutes.
Step 4
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 mm.
Step 5
Cut into thin, long noodles. Slightly dry the spaghetti.
Step 6
Boil water and cook the spaghetti in a large amount of water until al dente, about 5–7 minutes.
Step 7
For the sauce, heat the cream and add 30 grams of honey. Drizzle the sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with crushed, toasted walnuts.
