Chocolate Soup
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Bitter 5 oz
- Cream (40%) 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the milk and 40% cream almost to boiling. Place finely chopped chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot milk mixture over it. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained, then let it cool.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until thick, then add the 25% cream and whisk for another 5 minutes. Add the chocolate mixture and mix. Serve with ice cream and raspberries.
