- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cocoa Powder 4 spoons
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, 200 g of sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a bowl or directly on the countertop. Add the egg and butter. Gently knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll 4-5 equal sausages, place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper, and slightly flatten them.
Step 3
Brush them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 345°F.
Step 4
Once the hot layers are ready, cut them into cookies, then transfer them to a wire rack and allow to cool.
