Ingredients
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Arborio rice 5 oz
- Brandy 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, and bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the rice, and stir well to coat each grain with butter.
Step 3
Add a ladle of milk and stir well. When the rice absorbs the milk, add another ladle. Continue to gradually add milk to the rice while stirring constantly. The rice should be cooked al dente in a creamy sauce.
Step 4
Add the hazelnuts, raisins, grated chocolate, and stir quickly.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle the risotto with brandy and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
