Chocolate Raspberry Muffins
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- 10% cream 0.8 tablespoons
- Raspberry leaves 10 pieces
- Fresh Mint 1 stem
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together and mix well.
Step 2
Combine the cream and oil and whip thoroughly with a blender.
Step 3
Combine the dry and egg mixtures, mixing well until a homogeneous mass is achieved.
Step 4
Distribute the resulting mixture into molds, adding the washed and dried raspberries.
Step 5
Cover with foil (if cooking in a steamer) or leave uncovered (if in the oven) and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 6
Let the muffins cool slightly, remove from the molds, place on a plate, garnish with mint leaves and raspberries, serve with tea or coffee, and enjoy your afternoon snack and conversation.
