Ingredients
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Raspberry leaves 10 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 0.3 cup
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Mix the berries with white sugar in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the milk, butter, eggs, brown sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt until smooth. Transfer the berries to the prepared dish in an even layer, then pour the batter on top.
Step 4
Bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, invert onto a plate, and immediately sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Let cool for 20 minutes and serve warm.
