Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds 3 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Cream 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry leaves 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, sugar, butter, ground almonds, salt, egg, and lemon zest. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and leave it in a cool place for 3 hours.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 3
Heat the cream and combine it with the chocolate. Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it in a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Place the raspberries on the baked crust and pour the chocolate cream over them. Leave for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
