- Sugar 5 oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Instant coffee 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine 75 g of sugar, cornstarch, and 15 g of instant coffee in a saucepan. Gradually add the milk and heat over medium heat until boiling for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla. Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins or wine glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Using a mixer, whip the cream with the remaining sugar and coffee until stiff peaks form. Top each pudding with whipped coffee cream.
