Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter to taste
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Whipped Cream to taste
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Grease four 200 ml ramekins with butter. Sprinkle 0.5 teaspoons of sugar into each and spread it over the surface. Break the milk chocolate into small pieces and distribute them among the ramekins.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar using a mixer for about 3 minutes until creamy. Clean the mixer and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Fold the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture, then add the egg whites. Gently mix to maintain the structure of the whipped egg whites. Divide the mixture among the ramekins and bake for 15–20 minutes; the pudding should rise. Serve with whipped cream.
