Chocolate Pudding with Berries

Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Quinoa 5 oz
- Dates 5 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Beans 1 piece
- Frozen black currant puree to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the coconut milk out of the refrigerator; you need the solid part.
Step 2
Whip in a mixer until soft and airy. Place the cream in the refrigerator for a short time.
Step 3
Send the liquid part of the coconut milk (water) to a blender along with quinoa, syrup, cocoa, and salt. Blend until smooth. Optionally, you can add a little more coconut water.
Step 4
Pour the pudding into a large bowl and mix with the coconut cream using a mixer. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until thickened.
Step 5
Serve with sliced banana and berries.
