Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a steam bath for 10 minutes. Add butter to the chocolate and stir until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites into a thick foam. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar until you achieve a thick, light-colored mixture. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mixture, then add the chocolate mixture and the flour.
Step 3
Divide the dough among four individual greased molds with a capacity of 150 ml each. Cover each with a circle of parchment paper and place them in a large bowl of the steamer.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 5
Carefully loosen the pudding from the edges of the mold and invert it onto a serving plate. If desired, drizzle with light cream and garnish with fresh berries.
