
Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). In a saucepan, combine the butter and chocolate pieces and heat gently until melted.
Step 2
In a large bowl or food processor, combine sugar, flour, and eggs. Lightly dust the baking pan with flour. Mix the contents of the pot (chocolate and butter) with the other ingredients (eggs, flour, sugar) until smooth.
Step 3
Place the batter in the baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Check for doneness regularly by inserting a knife or fork: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Step 4
NOTE: Turn off the oven when there is a little batter left on the knife, and leave the cake in the oven. Remove the cake from the pan. Serve once cooled.
