
Chocolate Pie 'Al Capone'

Ingredients
- 70% Dark Chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Almond 15 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler together with the butter.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with a mixer together with half of the sugar until frothy.
Step 3
While continuing to beat the egg yolks, add the chocolate and almond flour, along with the orange zest. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites separately with the remaining sugar until frothy. Combine with the mixture.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the mold and place it in the preheated oven at 340°F for 20–25 minutes.
