- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream 100 g of melted butter with 100 g of granulated sugar and cocoa, add flour, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a log, cut it into equal pieces, roll them into balls, and make an indentation in the center of each ball with your finger.
Step 3
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 355°F. Cool the baked cookies.
Step 4
While the cookies are cooling, prepare the filling. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix well with 1 tablespoon of butter, and add vanilla sugar. Boil 100 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water for 2-3 minutes and, without letting it cool, pour it into the chocolate in a thin stream.
Step 5
Fill the indentations in the cookies with the hot chocolate filling.
