Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a 20 by 30 cm baking tray with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, and eggs.
Step 3
Sift the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then add them to the butter mixture. Mix well and add the finely chopped chocolate.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5
Leave in the mold for 10 minutes, then transfer to a plate and let cool. Cut into pieces.
