Chocolate panna cotta with lemon zest
Ingredients
- 33% Cream 10 fl oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in hot milk.
Step 2
Heat the cream and mix it with the chopped chocolate.
Step 3
Place on low heat and stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted.
Step 4
Add sugar and lemon zest and let it sit for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Remember to keep stirring.
Step 6
Remove the lemon zest.
Step 7
Pour in the milk with gelatin and mix well.
Step 8
Grease the molds with butter.
Step 9
Pour the mixture into the molds.
Step 10
Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours (you can also leave it overnight).
Step 11
When the dessert is ready, dip the molds in hot water for 5–7 seconds to make it easier to remove the panna cotta.
Step 12
Garnish with chopped chocolate and nuts.
