- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Milk 1 glass
- Caramel Syrup 2 spoons
- Natural Yogurt ¾ glasses
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the melted chocolate, flour, milk, yogurt, chocolate syrup, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything until smooth. Let it rest in a cool place for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancakes, adding more oil as needed, until they are golden brown on both sides.
