Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 15 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and 240 ml of milk. Gradually add 240 ml of flour mixed with baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the sifted cocoa powder and mix. Add the remaining flour and mix again. Gradually pour in the remaining milk to achieve a batter consistency similar to liquid sour cream.
Step 3
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the chocolate pancakes on both sides.
Step 4
Rinse the raisins, soak them in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and mix with cottage cheese and sugar. Place a portion of the cottage cheese filling at the edge of the pancake and roll it up like a tube. Tie the loose ends with a strip cut from the dried apricots to create a 'candy'.
