- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Liqueur 1 tablespoon
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a bowl set over a water bath.
Step 3
Stir until the chocolate melts, remove the bowl and add the zest, juice, cream, and liqueur, mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot and place it over a low flame.
Step 5
Cut the orange and kiwi, and use special forks to dip the fruits into the fondue.
