Chocolate Orange Fondue

You can use any candied fruits, large nuts, or dried fruits. Enjoy the wonderful taste of chocolate with friends!
Ingredients
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Dried ground orange peel 1 teaspoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Liqueur 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For dipping: 225 g strawberries, 1 pineapple cut into small wedges, 2 kiwis cut into pieces, 225 g cherries.
Step 2
Place the chocolate pieces in a mixing bowl set over a water bath. Stir the chocolate occasionally until it is completely melted. Remove the bowl from the water bath and mix in the orange peel, juice, cream, and liqueur.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate mixture into a Zepter fondue pot and arrange the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and cherries beautifully on a platter. Place the fondue pot over a low flame, stirring. Use special forks to dip the fruits into the fondue.
