
Chocolate Orange Cookies with Zest

Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Orange zest 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mixer, combine softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and 1 yolk, a pinch of salt, and mix until smooth.

Gradually add 2 cups of flour and cocoa powder.
Step 3
Grate the orange zest and mix it into the dough until well combined. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, cut out cookies in any desired shape, and decorate to your taste.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F, place the cookies in for 10 minutes, brushing them with beaten egg beforehand. Once baked, you can brush the cookies with butter.
