Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
- Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Candied fruits 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the cookies into small pieces by hand.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a water bath and add the cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Step 3
Add the cookies and nuts to the mixture. Stir.
Step 4
Add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir.
Step 5
Place the mixture onto plastic wrap and roll it into a log.
Step 6
Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, remove the wrap and slice into thin pieces.
