  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
  • 10% cream 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Ground Coffee ½ teaspoon
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a fresh jar of mascarpone cheese. Place the contents in a bowl and set it over a water bath.

Step 2

Add the nut spread (not necessarily Nutella; I use a local brand, as it doesn't affect the taste). Stir gently while pouring in the cream and adding the powdered sugar and coffee.

Step 3

Bring to a smooth consistency and remove the bowl from the water bath. Let it cool to room temperature.
