  • Chopped almonds 5 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts 5 oz
  • Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a skillet over high heat, add the nuts, and reduce the heat to medium. To ensure the nuts roast evenly and do not burn, stir them continuously. They should roast until golden brown (about 2 minutes).

Step 2

While the nuts are set aside, melt the dark/milk chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate reaches a smooth consistency, turn off the heat and mix it with the nuts.

Step 3

Take a baking sheet or a large flat plate, line it with parchment paper, and use a teaspoon to form the candies—they should be irregular small shapes (about 16 pieces).

Step 4

Leave the candies on the table for 3–4 minutes to reach room temperature so they don’t crack.

Step 5

Place them in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
