Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1¾ cups
- 1% Kefir 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Peeled chestnuts 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Sugar 0.7 cups
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove ½ teaspoon
- Desiccated coconut to taste
- Ground clove ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini. Chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, vegetable oil, and kefir. Add the mixture of all dry ingredients, including the spices. Finally, add the walnuts and grated zucchini.
Step 3
Grease the muffin tins with oil, fill each tin ¾ full with batter, bake at 390°F for 20–25 minutes, cool, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
