Chocolate Muffins with Orange Zest

Description
If desired, you can add chopped nuts to the batter or omit the orange zest. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream (vanilla is best). They are also great cold.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 100 grams of butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
While the chocolate is melting, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture holds its shape. Combine with the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Add the flour and the grated zest of one orange.
Step 4
Grease the molds with the remaining butter, fill them with the batter. Bake at a temperature of 200–430°F for about 15 minutes. When the muffins are ready, a characteristic chocolate aroma will appear.
