Chocolate muffins with mini chocolate chips
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until the mixture lightens in color.
Step 2
Add flour and baking powder. Add cocoa. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add eggs and milk. Mix again thoroughly.
Step 4
You will see how smooth and tender the texture of the batter becomes. Add chocolate, cut into cubes, and mix gently again.
Step 5
Fill the baking molds 3/4 full with batter. Bake in the oven at 320°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
When the muffins are almost ready, you can 'insert' pieces of chocolate into the centers (I added chopped Snickers). It turned out very delicious.
