Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate ½ bar
- Liquid dark chocolate ½ bar
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until thick and frothy.
Step 2
Pour in the melted butter, cream, and well-beaten baking soda mixed with vinegar.
Step 3
Continue beating and add the flour and cocoa powder.
Step 4
Break the chocolate bars into small pieces, about half a centimeter, and add them to the mixture.
Step 5
Grease the baking mold with butter, or place paper liners, or use parchment paper.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 20–25 minutes. After turning off the oven, leave them in the slightly open oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
Let them cool slightly and feel free to decorate.
