- Chocolate 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, chocolate (30 grams), cocoa powder, and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from heat.
Step 3
Once the mixture has cooled, add the egg and whisk it lightly.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 5
Chop the remaining chocolate.
Step 6
Fill the mold with the batter up to 2/3 full, then push pieces of chocolate into it.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes.
