Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop 2/3 of the chocolate into pieces (as you like). Melt the butter. Add sugar to it and mix. Add the eggs and mix.
Step 2
Add the chocolate pieces and cocoa, and mix.
Step 3
Many people add baking powder (10 g — 2 teaspoons), but I didn't have any, so I added 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture, stirring; the batter should not be too thick.
Step 4
I didn't grease the muffin tins. I bought paper liners and filled them 2/3 full. Place in a preheated oven. Bake for about 25–30 minutes on low heat. Check with a toothpick.
