  • Corn Starch 0 oz

  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg with a whisk, add crushed sugar substitute (if in tablets), then add cocoa, rye flour, oat flour, fiber, starch, salt, and cottage cheese. Mix everything together and add liqueur to taste (for aroma).

Step 2

Fill the muffin molds halfway.

Step 3

Place a small piece of banana on top of the batter.

Step 4

Cover with the remaining batter.

Step 5

Sprinkle sesame on top.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 10–15 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. It came out dry, but the muffins were incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth!!!

Step 7

Hot finished muffins can be sprinkled with chocolate on top.
