Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate into pieces approximately 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size.
Step 2
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
Step 3
Then add the baking powder and flour, and knead until the dough is not too thick.
Step 4
Pour the batter into small molds, filling them up to 2/3 of their height, and place them in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for about 25 minutes. Check for doneness using a matchstick or toothpick.
