- Whole egg 2 pieces

- Salt a pinch
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, stirring thoroughly.
Step 2
Whip the egg with the yolks and sugar until frothy.
Step 3
Combine the resulting foam with the chocolate and add flour and salt.
Step 4
Finely grated ginger mixed with crushed raspberries serves as the filling for the mousse.
Step 5
Place the prepared batter with filling into greased molds.
