- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Heavy cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Orange Candies 1 piece
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Water 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Zest the orange.
Step 3
Place the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 4
Put the sugar and water over medium heat. Check the syrup's readiness easily: a drop should not spread across the surface.

While the syrup is cooking, beat the egg and yolks until fluffy.
Step 6
Slowly pour the syrup into the egg mixture while continuing to beat.
Step 7
Whip the cream until peaks form.
Step 8
Gently fold the egg mixture into the whipped cream.
Step 9
Add the cognac.
Step 10
Stir in the orange zest into the mixture.
Step 11
Pour in the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
Step 12
Divide into molds and refrigerate for about 5 hours.
