Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Orange zest 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces. In a deep bowl, combine the chocolate and butter, pour in the cream, and add the zest. Place the bowl with the ingredients in the microwave for 2 minutes or heat for 5 minutes in a water bath. Stir the chocolate mixture and add the egg yolks.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then add the cocoa powder and sugar, and whip again.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures, gently fold together, divide into serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours. Before serving, decorate as desired.
