- Bittersweet Chocolate 10 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 7 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Cointreau 0 oz
- Orange zest 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the olive oil and liqueur.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar using a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3
Add the whipped yolks to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar and salt.
Step 5
Combine the egg whites with the rest of the mixture and add the orange zest.
Step 6
Pour the mousse into individual molds, garnish with chocolate shavings, and refrigerate to chill.
