Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Custard 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the can of condensed milk to a boil and cool it.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in 30 ml of cold water.
Step 3
Mix the custard cream concentrate, cocoa powder, and 100 g of sugar in a saucepan and add 50 ml of milk. Add 400 ml of milk and place over heat, stirring constantly. Pour in the gelatin, mix until dissolved, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Cool.
Step 5
Whip the condensed milk and mix it with the chocolate mixture. Leave until set.
