- Bittersweet Chocolate 10 oz
- Brandy 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 8 pieces

Step 1
Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Once the chocolate is soft, remove from heat and add the whipped egg yolks and brandy.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into dessert cups and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with light whipped cream.
