Chocolate mint mousse
Ingredients
- 33% Cream 1,30 glasses
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Mint Caramel 0 oz
- Mint Leaves ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat 0.3 cups of cream in a saucepan, then add the chopped chocolate and a pinch of salt, stirring until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Whip the remaining cream with the mint extract until stiff peaks form. Add the chilled chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in half of the crushed caramel and divide the mixture among 4 glasses or dessert cups. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed caramel and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
