Ingredients
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water at a ratio of 1:8 and let it swell for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the chocolate using a coarse grater and dissolve it together with sugar in hot milk. Add the dissolved gelatin, bring to a boil, pour into molds, and let cool.
Step 3
Before serving, dip the jelly mold into hot water for 1-3 seconds, then cover it with a plate and flip it over to remove the mold.
Step 4
Drizzle the jelly with syrup or garnish it with whipped cream.
