Ingredients
- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Light Corn Syrup 5 fl oz
- Non-Fat Dry Milk 0 oz
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Sambuca 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, yolks, cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, dry milk, and 120 ml of regular milk.
Step 2
Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan without bringing it to a boil. Then, slowly add it to the egg mixture. Return to medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until thickened, about 5 minutes, but do not let it boil to prevent curdling.
Step 3
Remove from heat and strain through a sieve. Immediately transfer to a clean bowl and stir in the sambuca. Cool, then freeze in a container or ice cream maker.
