Chocolate Hummus

Description
Store the hummus in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days. It can be used as a frosting for cakes or for making sweet sandwiches. You can also dip fruits in it.
Ingredients
- Roasted Peanuts 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 4 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Chickpea 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the nuts, dates, cocoa, and cinnamon in a blender. Gradually add the chickpeas and blend until smooth.
Step 2
If the mixture is too dry, add a little of the water in which the chickpeas were cooked. Then add the honey and mix well.
