Ingredients
- Butter 20 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 20 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 10 pieces
- Corn Flour for Polenta 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
- Ginger 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 3
Whisk 10 eggs and 400 grams of powdered sugar until creamy. Add grated ginger to the melted chocolate and butter, mix, then add the flour and cocoa powder and mix thoroughly again. Combine the resulting chocolate mixture with the whipped eggs and gently fold together.
Step 4
Grease a large springform pan with butter and pour the batter into it.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
