Description
This cream can be used as a filling for candies, pastries, and pies. It can also be spread on top of pies, making them very delicious!
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, warm the cream without bringing it to a boil.
Step 3
Pour half of the cream into the chocolate and mix well.
Step 4
Add the remaining cream and vanilla, and mix again. If there are still chocolate pieces, place the bowl over a double boiler for 20–30 seconds, stirring.
Step 5
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
