
Chocolate Fondue with Fruit Skewers

Description
You can add brandy, rum, or orange liqueur, and serve it with strawberries and cookies. Additionally, chocolate fondue is a great sauce for ice cream.
Ingredients
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 5 oz
- Light Corn Syrup 3 tablespoons
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Beans 1 piece
- Marshmallow 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater or break it into pieces, place it in a pot with gently boiling water. Pour in the cream and corn syrup and heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Cut the banana, strawberries, and marshmallows into small pieces and thread them onto wooden skewers.
Step 3
Pour the warm chocolate fondue into individual serving bowls. Arrange the fruit skewers on a plate and garnish with the remaining fruit.
