Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add cognac to the chocolate.
Step 3
Light the alcohol burner and transfer the saucepan with chocolate to a fondue stand.
Step 4
Drizzle the chocolate with whipped cream and dip prepared pieces of pear, banana, strawberry, or sponge cake into it.
