Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Frozen Raspberries 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then add the flour.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Add to the chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites and whip them. Then fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Let the mixture sit for 1 hour.
Step 5
Place the mixture into greased molds, filling them two-thirds full. Add frozen raspberries in the center of the mixture.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
