Ingredients

- Sugar 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Ground Coffee 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chocolate in a double boiler and wait until fully melted.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, flour, and sugar (whisk until smooth).
Step 3
Once the chocolate has melted, add the cocoa and butter, removing from the double boiler, and then pour in the mixture.
Step 4
Pour into the molds in which you will serve.
Step 5
Bake at 480°F for 5 minutes for a runny center, or 7 minutes for a thicker consistency.
