- Butter 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece

Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add sugar and flour to the mixture, continuing to stir.
Step 3
Break in the eggs one by one, mixing the batter after each egg.
Step 4
Pour the resulting chocolate batter into a mold and bake in the oven at 355°F for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the fondant. Accordingly, after 12 minutes the filling will be more melted, and after 20 minutes it will set.
