Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted chocolate with the butter and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix again until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Step 4
Pour into individual molds greased with butter.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F. The baking time depends on the desired result: 8–9 minutes for a moist center, 6–7 minutes for a gooey chocolate interior.
Step 6
Let the fondants cool for 10 minutes, then remove them from their molds and dust with cocoa powder.
